Tabata Gymnastics Slam Ball

Tabata:
- 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
- Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- Ring Dips


Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds total, alternating between the four gymnastics movements. Score is total reps completed across all movements.
