Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement, alternating between SkiErg, Handstand Push-ups, Pull-ups, and Toes-to-Bar.
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes per movement.
- Score is total reps/calories accumulated across all movements.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
