Tabata Gymnastics Rig

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) for each movement:


  1. Handstand Push-ups
  2. Toes-to-Bar
  3. Ring Muscle-ups
  4. GHD Sit-ups

Score is total reps completed across all movements.


Notes:
- Make sure to scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
- Rest 1 minute between each Tabata movement.
- Keep track of reps completed during each 20-second work interval to add up for final score.
