Tabata Gymnastics Slam BallTabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) for each movement:
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
- Burpee Box Jumps
- Alternating Pistols
Score: Total reps completed for each movement
Equipment: Slam Ball for Burpee Box Jumps
Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds per movement. Keep track of your total reps for each movement to track progress and intensity.
