Tabata Gymnastics Slam Ball

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) for each movement:


  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Burpee Box Jumps
  • Alternating Pistols

Score: Total reps completed for each movement
Equipment: Slam Ball for Burpee Box Jumps
Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds per movement. Keep track of your total reps for each movement to track progress and intensity.
