Tabata Gymnastics Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Max Effort Peg Board Climbs
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Instructions:
Perform as many Peg Board Climbs as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total number of climbs completed.


Notes:
Make sure to scale the movement if needed to ensure safety and proper form. This workout will challenge grip strength, upper body endurance, and coordination.
