  • 8 Rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many handstand push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Complete 8 total rounds for a total of 4 minutes of work. Adjust the difficulty by scaling the movement or increasing/decreasing the range of motion.
