  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Burpee Box Jumps
  • Double Unders

Equipment:
- Dumbbell


Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) before moving on to the next exercise. Rest 1 minute between movements. Keep track of total reps for each exercise. Score is total reps accumulated across all 4 movements.
