Tabata Gymnastics Wall Ball

Tabata:
- Wall Balls
- Toes-to-Bar
- Handstand Push-ups
- Ring Muscle-ups


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) per movement. Score total reps completed across all movements.


Equipment:
- Wall Ball
