Tabata Gymnastics Slam Ball

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Alternating between:
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar


Equipment:
- None


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of handstand push-ups in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute, then move on to toes-to-bar, following the same Tabata structure. Aim to maintain consistent reps throughout each round.
