  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many handstand push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Adjust the difficulty by scaling the movement or changing the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups if needed.
