  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Ring Muscle-ups

Tabata: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds each movement.


Instructions: Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds per movement. Score is total reps completed across all movements. Make sure to scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
