Tabata Gymnastics Wall Ball

  • Wall Ball Shots
  • Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) for each movement. Alternate between Wall Ball Shots and Toes-to-Bar. Try to maintain consistent reps throughout each round, pushing yourself during the work intervals. Rest as needed between movements to ensure proper form and intensity.

Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout. Focus on engaging the core and using the legs to generate power for both the Wall Ball Shots and Toes-to-Bar.
