Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort pull-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Rope for pull-ups


Instructions:
Perform as many pull-ups as possible in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is the total number of pull-ups completed. Make sure to scale the movement if needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
