Tabata Gymnastics Wall Ball

Tabata Style:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement.
  • 1 minute rest between movements.

Movements:


  1. Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
  2. Handstand Push-ups
  3. Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
Complete each Tabata round of the designated movement before moving on to the next. Score is total reps completed across all 3 movements. Rest as needed between movements to maintain intensity.
