  • Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between Dumbbell Thrusters and Toes-to-Bar. Your score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata intervals.


Scaling options: Scale the weight of the dumbbell or modify the movement for Toes-to-Bar to Knee Raises or Hanging Knee Raises as needed.
