Tabata Gymnastics Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form and consistency throughout each round. If unable to perform Handstand Push-ups, scale to Pike Push-ups or Push-ups. Have a Slam Ball nearby for stability during the Handstand Push-ups if needed.
