Tabata Gymnastics Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Stationary Bike


Instructions:
- Perform as many Handstand Push-ups as possible in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all 8 rounds.
- Modify the movement to Pike Push-ups or Push-ups as needed.
- Use the stationary bike as active recovery between rounds, pedaling at a moderate pace during the rest intervals.
