Tabata Gymnastics DumbbellTabata:
- Dumbbell Thrusters
- Pull-ups
Instructions:
- Perform 8 rounds of each movement, alternating between Dumbbell Thrusters and Pull-ups for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.
- Choose a challenging weight for the Dumbbell Thrusters and modify the Pull-ups as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
