    • 20 seconds of max effort Ring Muscle-Ups
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
Perform as many Ring Muscle-Ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total reps completed.
