Tabata Cardio Rope

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 Rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each exercise:
    1. Double-unders
    2. Burpees
    3. Box Jumps
    4. Mountain Climbers

Equipment:
- Rope
- Box


Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds at max effort, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the four movements. Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each round.
