  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    • Wall Balls
    • Box Jumps
    • Burpees
    • Rowing

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds at max effort, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds total for each movement before moving on to the next. Score is total reps completed across all movements. Adjust weight and height for wall balls and box jumps as needed.
