Tabata Cardio Barbell

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for each exercise
- 1. Barbell Thrusters
- 2. Burpees over the Bar
- 3. Assault Bike
- 4. Box Jumps


Instructions:
- Complete each exercise for 8 rounds of the Tabata protocol before moving on to the next.
- Score total reps for each exercise.
- Aim to push yourself to the max during the work intervals.
- Rest 1 minute between exercises.
- Adjust weight or height as needed to maintain intensity throughout.
