Tabata Cardio Bench

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:


  • Bench Hops
  • Burpees
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Box Jumps

Equipment: Bench
Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Push yourself during the work intervals and focus on maintaining good form throughout.
