  • Rest x 10 seconds
  • Burpees x 20 seconds
  • Rest x 10 seconds
  • Medicine Ball Russian Twists x 20 seconds
  • Rest x 10 seconds
  • Box Jumps x 20 seconds
  • Rest x 10 seconds

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball


Instructions: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) per exercise. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata set. Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each round.
