Tabata Cardio Box

Tabata Workout:


  • Box jumps (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off x 8 rounds)
  • Burpees (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off x 8 rounds)
  • Rowing (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off x 8 rounds)
  • Mountain climbers (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off x 8 rounds)

Instructions:
Perform each exercise in Tabata format, with 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each exercise. Keep track of total reps or distance covered for each exercise.

Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each round, as Tabata workouts are designed to be high-intensity intervals. Adjust movements or reps as needed to scale the workout to your fitness level.
