  • Box Jumps (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Burpees (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Double-unders (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

Equipment: Box


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Try to push yourself to go all out during the work intervals.
