    • Burpees
    • Mountain Climbers
    • Jump Rope

Instructions:
Complete each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Push yourself to go all out during each work interval.
