Tabata Intervals (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, for 8 rounds) of:
- Assault Bike
- Burpees
- Rowing
- Double-Unders


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds at high intensity, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds per movement. Score is total reps/calories accumulated throughout the workout.
