Tabata Cardio Dumbbell

Tabata Style:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
1. Dumbbell Thrusters
2. Burpees


Equipment:
- Dumbbell


Instructions:
- Alternate between Dumbbell Thrusters and Burpees for 8 rounds of Tabata (4 minutes total).
- Perform as many reps as possible in each 20-second work interval.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each interval.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.
