Tabata Cardio Medicine Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for each movement:
    1. Medicine Ball Wall Balls
    2. Medicine Ball Russian Twists

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between Medicine Ball Wall Balls and Medicine Ball Russian Twists.
- For Medicine Ball Wall Balls, squat down with the medicine ball, then explode up and throw the ball to a target on the wall.
- For Medicine Ball Russian Twists, sit on the ground, holding the medicine ball, and twist your torso to touch the ball to the ground on each side.
- Score is total reps completed across all rounds.
