Tabata Cardio Medicine Ball

Tabata Style:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    1. Medicine Ball Slams
    2. Medicine Ball Russian Twists

Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Complete 8 rounds (4 minutes) of each movement before moving to the next.
- For Medicine Ball Slams, aim to generate maximum power with each slam.
- For Medicine Ball Russian Twists, focus on twisting the entire torso, not just the arms.
