Tabata Cardio Kettlebell

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- 1. Kettlebell Swings
- 2. Jump Rope
- 3. Mountain Climbers
- 4. Burpees


Equipment:
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the 4 movements.
- Push yourself during the work intervals and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
- Adjust the weight of the kettlebell as needed to challenge yourself appropriately.
