Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise:
    1. Kettlebell Swings
    2. Jump Rope
    3. Burpees
    4. Mountain Climbers

Equipment:
- 1 Kettlebell
- Jump Rope


Instructions:
- Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise.
- Complete 8 rounds (4 minutes) of each exercise before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed across all 4 exercises.
