Tabata Cardio Medicine Ball

Tabata Style:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each exercise
- Alternating between exercises


Exercises:
1. Medicine Ball Slam
2. Medicine Ball Russian Twists


Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of max effort work for each exercise, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next exercise
- Complete 8 rounds (4 rounds of each exercise)
- Focus on explosive power and core engagement throughout the workout
- Score is total reps completed for each exercise
