Tabata Structure:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
  • Alternating between 2 movements

Workout:


  1. Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)
  2. Box Jumps (24/20")

Instructions:
- Perform Kettlebell Swings for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds
- Perform Box Jumps for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds
- Continue alternating between the two movements for a total of 8 rounds
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements
