Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
- Alternating between:
- Bench Hops
- Burpees


Equipment:

Instructions:
- Perform bench hops for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Follow the same pattern with burpees.
- Complete 8 rounds total (4 rounds of each exercise).
- Push yourself to go all out during the work intervals.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
