Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • 1. Kettlebell Swings
  • 2. Burpees
  • 3. Mountain Climbers
  • 4. Jump Squats

Instructions:
- Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (32 intervals in total).
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all 4 movements.
