Tabata Cardio Kettlebell

Tabata Style: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds each


  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Burpees
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Jump Rope

Equipment: 1 Kettlebell


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving to the next one. Keep track of your reps for each round and total them up at the end of the workout.
