Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest:
    • Kettlebell Swings
    • Burpees

Equipment:
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of kettlebell swings in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for 8 rounds. Immediately followed by 8 rounds of burpees in the same Tabata format. This workout will challenge your cardiovascular endurance and overall conditioning.
