Tabata Cardio Dumbbell

Tabata:
- Dumbbell Thrusters
- Burpees


Tabata Structure:
- 20 seconds of work
- 10 seconds of rest
- Repeat for 8 rounds (4 minutes total per movement)


Equipment:
- Dumbbell of moderate weight


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of Dumbbell Thrusters in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes).
- Rest 1 minute.
- Perform as many reps as possible of Burpees in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes).
- Rest 1 minute.
- Complete a total of 16 rounds (8 minutes) alternating between Dumbbell Thrusters and Burpees.


Score: Total reps completed for both movements.
