Tabata Cardio Dumbbell

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Dumbbell Thrusters
  • Jump Rope

Instructions:
Perform Dumbbell Thrusters for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, then switch to Jump Rope for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each movement).


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that allows you to perform the Thrusters with proper form throughout the Tabata intervals.


Jump Rope: If you trip up during the 20 seconds, keep going and pick up where you left off.


Score: Total reps completed for both Dumbbell Thrusters and Jump Rope.
