Tabata Cardio Medicine Ball

Tabata Style:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Alternating between the two movements


Movements:
1. Medicine Ball Slams
2. Box Jumps


Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of max effort Medicine Ball Slams, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Immediately transition to 20 seconds of max effort Box Jumps, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each movement).
- Score is total reps completed across all rounds.
