Tabata Workout:


  • 8 Rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Kettlebell Swings
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Kettlebell
- Choose a challenging weight that allows you to perform the swings with proper form throughout the workout.


Instructions:
- Perform Kettlebell Swings for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Focus on maintaining a strong hip hinge and explosive movement during each swing.
- Push yourself during the work intervals, but make sure to keep good form to prevent injury.
