Tabata Cardio Wall Ball

Tabata Style:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise.


Workout:
1. Wall Ball Shots
2. Burpees
3. Box Jumps
4. Jump Rope


Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds per exercise. Try to maintain consistent effort throughout each round and push yourself during the work intervals.
