Tabata Cardio Rope

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement
- 1. Jump Rope
- 2. Burpees


Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.


Equipment:
- Rope

- Push yourself during the work intervals to get as many reps as possible.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
