Tabata Cardio BoxTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise:
- Box Jumps
- Burpees
- Double-Unders
- Rowing
Equipment:
- Box
- Jump Rope
- Rower
Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise. Complete 8 rounds of each exercise before moving to the next. Rest 1 minute between exercises.
