- Dumbbell Thrusters
- Burpees over Dumbbell
Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of Dumbbell Thrusters in :20 seconds, then rest for :10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Immediately transition to Burpees over Dumbbell and perform as many reps as possible in :20 seconds, then rest for :10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is total reps completed for both exercises combined.
