Tabata Cardio Wall Ball

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Wall Balls
  • Burpees

Score: Total reps


Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible of Wall Balls in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute, then move on to Burpees following the same Tabata format.


Notes: Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each round, as Tabata intervals are designed to be challenging. Keep track of your total reps for each movement to measure your progress.
