Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for each exercise:
    1. Box Jumps
    2. Burpees
    3. Mountain Climbers
    4. Rowing (Calories)

Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds at high intensity, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Complete 8 rounds of each exercise before moving on to the next. Score is total reps/calories accumulated across all rounds. Rest 1 minute between each exercise.
