Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off):


  • Medicine Ball Slams
  • Medicine Ball Russian Twists
  • Medicine Ball Burpees
  • Medicine Ball Mountain Climbers

Equipment: Medicine Ball


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes total). Adjust weight or movement intensity as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
